St. Gabriel’s Hospice is a locally owned and operated hospice agency. St. Gabriel’s highly trained and compassionate team members focus not only on the symptom management needs of our patients but also the spiritual and emotional aspects of end-of-life care. We know that every individual has unique needs and desires, as well as their own story to tell. We are here to listen, to laugh, to love, and to provide care and comfort during this time in our patients’ and families’ lives.
About Hospice & Palliative Care
Hospice offers people with a terminal illness an opportunity for a better quality of life when curative treatment is no longer effective. Hospice treats the whole person, not just the disease; while providing care and support to friends and family as well. The emphasis of care is on helping the patient make the most of every moment by providing comfort and relief from pain and symptoms.
